Stefania works mainly in the field of criminal law, with experience in both judicial and extrajudicial assistance in proceedings concerning crimes against persons and property.
She has developed specific expertise in economic criminal law and the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, with particular focus on corporate and financial crimes.
Within the firm’s Team 231, she is responsible for preparing and updating the Organisation, Management and Control Models.
She is also a lecturer in criminal procedure at the University of Turin and has contributed with some articles to Cassazione Penale and the “Diritto Penale e Processo” journal.
